Check the requirements before buying. This menu uses your answers to find the right guide; it does not automatically test your console.

Which console do you use?

PlayStation 5

Console Lite and Console Pro support PlayStation 5. Enter the DNS addresses in your network settings and register your external IPv4 address in the Gaming Hub.

What does your Xbox current network status show?

Open Settings → General → Network settings. Check Current Network Status.

Check the network status in your Xbox settings first. This requirement cannot be confirmed without that information.

IPv4 & IPv6

For our DNS VPN, this must show only “IPv4”.

If it shows “IPv4 & IPv6”, open the IPv6 guide first. Follow the instructions to disable IPv6, then check the network status again.

Which NAT type is shown?

Also check the NAT type: Open is intended for the optimal setup.

The IPv4 requirement you selected is met. Set both DNS addresses using the Xbox guide and register your external IPv4 in the Gaming Hub.

IPv4 only meets the network requirement for our DNS VPN. For moderate or strict NAT, also check your network settings with the Xbox guide. This selection does not measure your connection.
