Create a profile on our website using your purchase email. Enter your external IP under "IP Management" and then select your desired DNS location. After that, set the DNS addresses from the guide in your PlayStation network settings.

Log in to the website, go to your profile → IP Management → and enter your new external IP address there.

Yes. For Xbox, setup is handled through the DNS management in your account. After your purchase, create your account with the same email address, enter your external IP under "IP Management" and then select the desired DNS location.

With split tunneling, only game traffic is specifically routed through our VPN servers. All other services – e.g. your browser or streaming – continue to use your normal internet connection.

Matchmaking considers not only your location but also your game stats such as KD ratio, score per minute and win rate. The VPN cannot reset your game history.

The composition of your lobbies is influenced by many factors: time of day, number of players, server selection, connection quality and your recent performance.
